One base price per room, two switches you turn on or off any month, and three flat add-ons. The working is shown next to every number, and nothing switches off mid-shift.
Proposed prices. Vedom is in build, so nothing can be bought yet. Founding hotels pay these prices and keep them for 24 months.

Vedom AI

The assistant across all your data, the handover written for you, the daily and weekly brief, forecasts, reply drafts for guest messages, and Studio. 100 AI credits per billed room a month: about 11 assistant questions or 40 handovers per room. Extra packs €49 per 1,000 credits; your extra-AI spending limit starts at €0. Past the allowance the assistant gets simpler. It never switches off.
Vedom Concierge

The concierge on WhatsApp, SMS, email and the Booking.com and Expedia messages, with one inbox shared by guests and team. It answers alone only on topics you allow; the rest goes to a person. The guest journey from confirmation to post-stay, online check-in, a front-desk kiosk and legal guest registration for Italy, Germany and Austria. Messages are included up to fair use; above it at provider cost +20%, under a limit you set.

15 rooms is billed as the 20-room minimum. “Everything on” adds Events and Membership together (€129) and Stock (€39). Per occupied room-night at 72% occupancy, a 60-room hotel with both switches pays about €0.69.
Terms.
- Trial
- 30 days free on everything, from the day the PMS connects. No card needed.
- Contract
- Monthly, cancel any month. No setup fee, no per-seat charge, no card surcharge.
- Minimum
- 20 billed rooms per property, for every per-room line.
- Rooms counted
- Live PMS rooms that aren’t out of order, from the daily snapshot. A change takes effect next month.
- Several properties
- Billed per property, minimum per property. Group view, owner portal and one pooled AI allowance included.
- Onboarding
- Guided remote onboarding free. An optional on-site day €690 plus travel, never required.
- Leaving
- 30 days read-only, export at any time, then deletion under the retention policy.
- AI before it’s finished
- Vedom AI is billed only once the assistant and Studio are live for everyone. Until then, the AI parts that are live are free for paying hotels.
- Founding hotels
- The first hotels keep these prices for 24 months in return for a case study and feedback.
- PMS marketplace fees
- Absorbed up to €0.50 per room; no line is shown below that.

Questions.
- Is there a limit on staff?
- No. Every staff member can use the web and phone app, agency staff included. The price depends only on rooms.
- How does the minimum work?
- Every per-room price counts at least 20 rooms. A 12-room hotel pays for 20 rooms: €100 a month. A 72-room hotel pays €360.
- Can I run Vedom without the AI?
- Yes. Every screen works with AI off: the room board, the handover, the rota, chat with translation, requests, stock and the numbers. The switch lives on the pricing page and in Settings, never on a staff screen.
- What happens past the AI allowance?
- The assistant gives shorter answers on a faster model and new Studio tools wait until the 1st. Handover, translation and the tools already built keep running. You can add a pack (€49 per 1,000 credits) or set a spending limit for extra use; it starts at €0.
- What do WhatsApp and SMS messages cost?
- Email is free. WhatsApp and SMS carry a carrier fee per country, passed through at cost +20% and shown per message. You set a limit at setup; at the limit, paid outbound messages pause and email keeps working. We never raise it.
- Do founding hotels pay less?
- No. Founding hotels pay the same public price as every hotel after them, and keep it for 24 months. They get influence and first access instead.
- Is the API extra?
- No. The open API is included in every plan.
- We run several hotels. What changes?
- Nothing extra: the group view and the owner portal are included, and the AI allowance is pooled. Each property is priced on its own rooms.
