Every hotel pays the same public price, and founding hotels keep it for 24 months. You’ll never wonder what the next hotel negotiated, and we’ll never need to make it back from you later.

Who fits.
- Your hotel runs on Apaleo, or is moving to it by 2027 (on Mews or another PMS? Tell us which one)
- You are in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy or the UK
- Roughly 20 to 250 rooms
- The person applying runs the hotel or its operations: GM, owner, operations or a department head

After confirming, a few optional questions: rooms, PMS, country, your hardest morning. About 30 seconds.

The founder replies
Yes, not yet or no, with the reason, within five working days. Yes means a 20-minute call: not a demo, a walk through your hardest morning.

Selection runs in rounds
Round dates are published here before a round starts. Hotels that aren’t picked in one round are first in line for the next.
What doesn’t work yet.
No hotel uses Vedom yet. What runs today, in our own test environment with example data: the live room board on the web and the phone, room turns and inspections written back to the PMS, the Now and Work screens, and the open API. The Apaleo connection comes next, with the founding hotels, who see every step before it ships. Ask Vedom, Studio and the guest inbox are designed and not yet built.
Questions.
Is it free to be a founding hotel?
Taking part in the design is free, and the first 30 days are free on everything. After that the pilot is paid at the public price, proposed at €5 per room per month with a 20-room minimum, and founding hotels keep that price for 24 months. Then you decide.
Do I commit to anything by applying?
No. Applying only puts your hotel on the list. Pilot terms are agreed in writing before any pilot starts.
Can my staff try it?
Founding hotels invite their own teams to test, under the hotel’s own terms. We never recruit another hotel’s staff directly.
What if we use a different PMS?
Tell us which one. Apaleo comes first; Mews and Cloudbeds follow through the same connection framework.
